“You can have the most beautiful dream in the world, but it takes people to build it” Walt Disney
This is February 2010 and we have our vision and our mission written in our vision board on the wall, and what next? It has to be manifested. We have set up signposts and the next step is to enrol others in your vision so that you can leverage and achieve results together. How do you compel your mates to come along the journey with you? You need to help them to self-actualize. By helping enough people to get what they want, you will get what you want most.
Take a moment to think of 5 people that you will need to achieve your goals. Make a list of the advantages they would gain by getting involved in your team. Use your rapport building skills and sensory acuity – act of being aware enough to pick up on the various signals that people give you as you talk to them. Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich talks about the master alliance – how you can create synergy and attract people to you who will help you accomplish your goals as you help them to achieve what they want.
Successful Partnership in business, at work and in your personal life relates to the ability to create Rapport. Rapport is a deep and unconscious connection to another person, allowing you to warm towards them and for both parties to accept and trust each other.
So take out your pen and pad to write down the names of 5 people that you can conspire to your success.
